ORDERS:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability to offer an account within your location.
Goose Island offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our wholesale head quarters. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making a pre-order in which case you are able to make an advance order. This will ensure that you receive these items in priority once stock has been delivered to Goose Island within 28 days. Goose Island will only take pre-orders for stock that has been scheduled for shipping.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed either with our Sales Executive or via our B2B website, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail IS an acceptance of your order, and confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order via e-mail/telephone, which would need to be supplied with reasoning and with a member of the team, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Goose Island will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Swansea, South Wales and the language of the contract is English. We reserve the right not to accept you as an account holder or your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out.
Not all products at Goose Island can be purchased individually; for example, Plain Trousers 1645 are sold in packs of 7 - X1 Small (UK 8-10), X2 Medium (UK 12-14), X2 Large (UK 14-16), X2 Extra-Large (UK 16-18) thus; an individual price and seven in quantity would be added to your order.

PRICING POLICY:
Prices shown on our B2B website and with our Sales Executive are in GBP.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly via our chosen courier or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local custom authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and any other methods. You can also choose to pay via our BACS payment system or through bank transfer. For pro-forma customers, you would be expected to make payment prior to the dispatching of your goods; thus contact would be made. Furthermore, payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Goose Island.
Contact from the accounts team will be made to notify you when you have become a 30-day-terms account holder. In which you may then have up to 30 days to pay your outstanding invoice from date of e-mail confirmation.
If orders are infrequent i.e. once a year, there is a likely chance the account will be kept on pro-forma for the foreseeable as infrequent payments hinder account stability.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Goose Island, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our payments secure; No card details are held on site and are disposed of in a confidential manner.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY:
Goose Island insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.
We use a national chosen courier service. They carry out all local and national deliveries that we send out. Please note that when orders are added to their tracking system, a contact telephone number supplied from you to us will be added and then you will be notified on a delivery slot time from them directly.
For international deliveries, we use a mailing system, which provides us with the best global distributor in which we select from the available list. Delivery charges will apply and delivery timescales may increase due to location.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3-5 working days, or 7-10 working day during busy periods. Orders that are placed either with our Sales Executive or at a Trade Show will more than likely be on pre-order in which case, you will be notified at point of sale for when you can expect the stock to be at the warehouse and then a time scale as to when you would be receiving your order.
Confirmation e-mail will be sent on the day of order dispatch, in which from here goods should then be received within 2-3 working days.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery timescales shown are from the point of dispatch and not the point of ordering. Goose Island is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances outside of our control such as customs clearance processes.
Delivery charges can apply when an order is placed under the free delivery rate; a required expenditure of £350 Net is needed to initiate free delivery, otherwise below that; an additional charge of £10 is added as carriage.
We will take all reasonable care to ship to your address, however we might not be responsible for non-delivery or miss-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry or courier failures.
